Drizzle is an AI career copilot designed around a simple belief: careers are trajectories, not keywords. Instead of matching people to jobs based solely on their resume, Drizzle understands where they want to go. Users upload a resume, have a conversation with an AI mentor, and receive career recommendations ranked by future trajectory rather than past job titles. The platform helps users tailor resumes, generate personalized cover letters, identify skill gaps, prepare for interviews, and apply to opportunities with minimal effort. Every mentor conversation builds long-term memory, allowing the assistant to understand motivations, previous discussions, and evolving career goals over time. Drizzle also introduces a human layer through mentors, referrals, and community connections, reducing the distance between ambition and opportunity. Technically, the platform combines modern web infrastructure with efficient AI orchestration. Resume analysis, ATS scoring, and PDF generation run in the browser where possible, while larger reasoning tasks are routed through language models. Job data is enriched offline using local models to keep operational costs low while maintaining high-quality recommendations. Our goal is simple: help people discover better opportunities, prepare better applications, and build meaningful careers—not just submit more resumes.
